Where/how do you incubate your yogurt?

I don't mean to sound ignorant but my dehydrator has little flat trays that have holes in them. where might the yogurt go??? This must be a different type of dehydrator.

What you do is take out all the trays except for the bottom one and put the front cover on. This is what I saw on the Excalibur website.
