City Biddy
We have one friend with a farm dog that is a pug. He has a special box built for him on the front of the ATV and goes everywhere with his farmer owner (who is about 65 years old himself).
I also have another friend who had a great farm dog that was a miniature black poodle, probably all of 6 pounds and ALL dog. He would go on trail rides and rabbit hunts and when he would get tired he would bark and whirl and ask, then she would reach down and he would ride the rest of the way on the front of her saddle. Sadly this tiny mighty one did get killed. He attacked a trespassing dog that was considerably larger and met his match.
I am sure he would have lived a longer life if he was an only indoor dog, but would he have had a better life?
