he also liked the cranberry sauce. i'd put in lots of ginger. he liked the bite.
I think I would like your cranberry sauce, that is if it is homemade.

I didn't get any cranberry relish this year. :(

Thanks Gina. I usually make it but the cook where I had Thanksgiving doesn't like cranberry relish and he won't let anyone else in the kitchen. So was a gracious guest and did without.

I made cranberry sauce using just a bit of water, a bag of cranberries and a small jar of peach jam. Delish!

The family was a little suspicious of it at first, but once they tried it, they gobbled it up

I got extra, want me to send yo some Dac?

You all are too kind.

Maybe we should get back to what this thread was supposed to be about.

I like homemade cranberry relish.

I like deviled eggs.

I like raw asparagus from my garden.

That's OK. I mostly hunt by myself anyway.

How about fishing?

Can you process animals for the freezer?

I can fish, never processed any. But I have a good idea on how to. As for processing for the freezer, yes I can. Never raised any JUST for meat (but have processed one), but meat ducks and chickens is a 2011 project. Maybe even meat rabbits, if I get enough nerve.

Oh yeah I also prune lots of orchard trees.
