WHoooHooo!! I WIN!! First Fire of the season!!

I've been asking E all day for a fire in the woodburner, because it's chilly. I've kept long sleeves on all day, so has he, and Baby Girl has been bundled up in a sleeper and blankets. E finally walks into the room addition and says, "Whoa! It's cooler out here than in there!"

So he's building a fire as I type this! My favorite part of fall/winter is a cozy fire in the woodburner! Whoohoo!

WOOHOO! I LOVE fires in the woodstove... it makes the house feel so cozy.

We haven't lit ours yet, wood isn't coming until October 6th, but it's been below freezing for the past several nights so I can't wait to light a morning fire to get the chill out of this house
