Oh and protein rich broccoli came up in a discussion about vegetarianism and how to access protein. I figured she'd talk about matching grains and legumes to create complete proteins, or mention quinoa (which I love), but no. BROCCOLI! More protein than beef!

Breathitarian?

Ill check out my library, towards the end of his life my grandpa was incorporating natural ideas (he probably holds the record for most heart attacks and by passes, drs blamed it on "country eating.") So he has tons of alternative books :)

My brother was a breathartarian for a time. The fact he had to eat, he felt as an utter failure on his part.

Have you read Connie Willis's Even the Queen?

I have it PDF and am tempted to paste the whole story LOL. It's a short, only 20 pages or so >.>
