That's a bunch of zukes! 
I harvest mine when they're pretty small so I can keep up with them. I like them no longer than 6" for eating, but if I miss one and it gets too big, I'll make bread. I froze a bunch of grated zuke earlier in the summer because I couldn't keep up!
