2 things to note
1. An eagle killed one of my geese. Female, about 6 weeks old. She was already at full size, or at least very close... but there was almost zero breast muscle. In fact there was so little muscle over the ribs I would of had to scrape it off. She had LOTS of down. So...

I was raised with letting the about to be butchered have zero feed, as much water as they want.
My grandma had a small dry lot kind of pen just for that purpose.

I use folders and spread sheets/charts. And I put everything in my phone calendar with reminder alarms.
For appointments, the alarm goes off 1 hour before I have to leave for the appointment. If I know I will be stressed that day, I make the alarm go off 1 hour before...
