    rodeogirl's journey to being self-sufficient

$3 for a loaf of bread? That's expensive! I think homemade would be cheaper (and nicer). Your garden sounds wonderful! :)

WAY too many :( You all should campaign and demand cameras at junctions. It would save so many lives and imagine all the money that will be made from the fines

Goodness, @baymule. Glad you survived and is o.k. now. :hugs @frustratedearthmother have they got cameras on those lights for drivers jumping the red lights? Our patch of earth

Egg sales money can be used to pay for feed. For meat, partner up with someone and raise a pig or...

I struggle with depression and anxiety and have episodes where I shut down and withdraw too, though I kinda have to show my face and do my things, I know that feeling of just wanting to withdraw and keep quiet until it passes. So glad you...

A new journey into homesteading "pic heavy"

Great weekend! :) Love the pic of the kids with the carrots. It's wonderful seeing children learn about gardening, harvesting their food and learning the skills. Way too many of them nowadays haven't a clue where their food really comes from, or what goes into producing it.
