I have been given a bushel of apple and I need to know how to freeze pie filling. I saw Alton Brown do it and I think he filled up a pie plate and froze it and then put the pie "disk" into freezer bags. Does anyone have a better way. Thanks

They are excellent for draining grease off of fried foods. My mama would put french fries in one and roll the end shut and put it in a low oven to keep the fries warm. When I was in grade school I covered my books with them.

I have 2 dwarf peach trees and 1 crab apple tree. The squirrels eat the peaches every yr before I can get them and I have never done any thing with the crap apples.
