I cook with lots of ginger and garlic. Both at great in stir fry and soup.

I use ACV and honey for diarrhea and even food poisoning. I mix ACV and honey half and half. I use it for colds, sore throat too.

For digestive upset and vomiting, mix a shot glass with 2-3 shot glasses of cold water and SIP on it. Even if you puke it up, finish it. In about 30-45 minutes the vomiting and diarrhea will stop.

Every morning or very early afternoon I drink a glass 8oz warm water mixed with 2 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar, 2-3 shakes ORGANIC Cinnamon 2-3 shakes ORGANIC Ginger and a nice TBS (maybe TBS and half) PURE Honey. You can add Lemon Juice to it to help with the taste if you want but I'm too the point where I don't use lemon anymore. FH drinks it whenever he is home but he likes it with 1 TBS of vinegar. That's the kind of ACV I use.
