Hello Everybody,

The weather forecast for this weekend is calling for 90% chance of rain & on Saturday a 60% chance of rain on Sunday. That will kill it for this weekend so I am calling a rain out for both days and see ya all next week end.

Maybe the July 14th swap was not as big as the July 7th swap but we still had a lot to choose from and plenty of people to come and browse some great buys.

is there any way you could send me info on the farm days swap? rules, what you can/cannot sell, ect. i asked our local farm store and they said they had never heard of one of these. there is only 1 swap and 1 hillbilly auction in the area here. many people have wished there were more.

and if anyone else has one of these in their area, please let me know how they work. thanks.

Here is my site that I started this year just for the Farm Day swaps. I chose to call my swaps at the Tractor Supply Store "Farm Day" vs a chicken swap or chickenstock swap.

On that site I have a few boards describing what our Farm Day is all about.

http://farmdaysanfordmaine.proboards.com/index.cgi

I don't work for TSC, but as the coordinator for the swap I provided a disclaimer that I post at each swap saying TSC has no responsibility to the swap.

It works out great for TSC here in Sanford because their sales increase during that day selling feed, cages and equipment.

I also have a facebook page for the Farm Day swap - http://www.facebook.com/pages/Farm-Day-Chicken-Swap-Sanford-Me/148682458536970?sk=wall
