LOL, I hear ya'll on that one. I get home from work around 5ish and will easily spend 3 to 3.5 hours outside taking care of critters; feeding, milking, gardening... Too much to do - too little time so I made a choice. When I stopped cooking dinner that made an impact. I told him that any good farmer feeds the critters before they feed themselves. So, in the interest of getting his own tummy full - he started helping!

That's a shame! Has she kidded before? And if so, did she have any problems that could have led to a uterine infection or some kind of scarring?

I agree, it's more likely that it's a doe problem. I hope the new doe is exactly what you're looking for! :)
