The bags -- are they shrink and how do THEY work.....

I have a vac sealer but, shrink is different.

And --tomorrow is your doctor appointment, right? I don't like you are still having chest pain but, I also hope he has good report and just emptying your wallet!

well the appointment went well. he said I had a little damage from the heart attack but that was to be expected. he said the repair is holding and I dont need any surgery. he mentioned weight loss several times. and then I have him what for, for letting me wait so long for the results.

Glad it went well. Sorry about the damage. DH's cardiologist always talks about weight loss lol. And good for you! You have to be your own advocate! You did good!

Great news!!! Except the weight part.

But, you DID quit smoking and I have heard many say they did gain after quitting. They said combo of munchies and breaking habit of hand to mouth with a cig. Sounds reasonable -- so maybe just take a look at what you eat for a few days and see if you are "enjoying" things that could be pared down. With your line of work & heavy schedule, I suspect it's easier to grab a snack and go.... there may be something you could change easily. Plus, with kids you may have a lot of goodies at home. Calories :(

You'll work it out -- losing weight is like quitting cigs. You can do it once you set you mind to it. Health wise, your heart will thank you.

I was going through stuff yesterday and found a picture of my husband right before we met. He was fat! Darn nigh 300 pounds, if not over. He had terrible eating habits when we met. It took awhile but he lost weight. He has always struggled with weight, but now keeps it around 230-ish.

With all the good food y’all raise, healthy choices abound. It takes becoming more aware of what you eat and making necessary changes. You can do it, it will make your life better.
