It amazes me that big bowl of okra will fit in that little jar. Gotta love a dehydrator

Working on the other side of the garden now. Same deal. 4 inches of grass clippings, all the manure and compost I could scratch up and then 6-8 inches of wood chips. We will see what it looks like in the spring

You made cokra! My DH's co-workers nick named it that after saying it was more addicting than cocaine, lol. They would scarf it up like potato chips every time I'd let him take some to work!

I'LL HAVE TO TRY THAT -- what I do not like about okra is the slimy texture when cooked most ways. Dehydrated sure would solve that issue.
