Yes. The nature of my job is:

panic panic panic we aren't making enough money!

I KNOW!! let's send a bunch of agents home so the ones here look REALLY productive. That'll impress the client!!

*send them all home*

The people who are too broke to take the day off now are too busy and get stressed and quit.

All you have left are people who don't give a poop about anything.

So remember that when you call in for customer service anywhere ;) If you hit the US at all.

Now, I freely admit, my current project is the best I've ever been in. They actually give us the power to fix issues to a huge extent.

Auntie, she's just giving me a hard time because I'm about to start school. Let the mocking begin ;)

Jamie... that figures LOL!!! Good job on finding a big fat oops though!

KC, some days it REALLY seems like it.

Morning Abi,

What's the latest on the sewing projects? Anything good? I went to the thrift store yesterday and got 8 yards of different fabric for a buck. Love the thrifty. DD #2 saw one fabric piece that is 3.5 yards of this glittery navy fabric, "OOooo mom, you could so whip me up a dress for the Winter Carnival Saturday." Let me get right on that.....

hahahaha!

Morning Damummis. Time to teach her to sew ;)

Mostly I just have the scrubs to finish (Honestly it is a 2 hour project, I just hit late winter duldrums but now it's warm and sunny and I'll be good to go).

Then I am making blocks/slopers of me and then I have a dress makers dummy to put together.

I have the material and dyes for 5 winter weight skirts and 5 sundresses :D

I just need to get a move on.

I got really really bored because nothing was GOING anywhere. So going to school will actually help me unbore myself and get more done, even though I will be so much busier.

:D

What are you up to this weekend?

It is suppose to be above freezing so I will probably go out and clean the chicken coop, bring in wood, clean the house, deliver eggs, and the rest of the chores. So same poo, different day.

I know what you mean about the winter doldrums. I have a bad case myself. Think spring.

If I can get my shoulder to cooperate, I am planting stuff in the cold frame. I would also like trying to plant in other beds, but not sure how frozen they are. I should be safe if I plant early spring greens.

SPRING!!

Auntie, help me get stuff ready for outside growing, kk?

I'm the best auntie ever. My niece isn't sure if this girl likes her and I said "well I'm socially inept, but girls are fickle, so if she liked you, and now likes another girl, she'll like you again!" :)

I also reassured her that while girls are ALWAYS confusing, people in general get better after 25. Even though most people will always be douches. But that awesome people get more awesome.

And I reassured her that she is very wonderful and if she doesn't have people drooling over her she either hasn't noticed or they are all lame.

Man Abi, I wish I'd had someone to tell me that stuff. Not sure if I would have believed them even if they had told me but still would have been good to hear.

Yeh. Her dad has reassured her guys are idiots. Niece the elder looks very kindly at him and believes him because she has always trusted her mom's common sense over his.

I think she does believe it but it doesn't help a lot. It's good to know but you are still lonely.

She says she cannot WAIT til she is older and people get their heads a bit more out of their butts. She realizes a lot of folk prefer them jammed up there, but at least there's a chance at that point.

Both my nieces are great kids. And my DarDar told me I would be their only good female influence once she died. So I figure it's my job to make sure they both know important things. *beams*

GLORIOUS SUNLIGHT!!!

I went to barnes and noble and got a coffee and sat outside and read.... 45 minutes of sun on my back and I felt a little burny so flipped to the other side of the table and 45 minutes on my front.

*heaven*

I feel SO good now. LOL.

I can finish my pants today and get them mailed off tomorrow :) WOOT!

I work a half day tomorrow. School required a meeting that I could have done at lunch but I used the excuse to leave early and I am NOT going back after ;) Heading somewhere to get lots of sun.

I don't get full blown SAD, but I can feel it mid Feb that it's been way to long since I've had enough sunlight. So this is great. *swoons*

I have bbq beef cooking in the crock and a chicken in the dutch oven (just greek oregano, EVOO, and balsamic vinegar. It's for a salad). I am so productive this weekend :)

Before I fixed my diet, I felt sick in the sun and was nocturnal and hated daytime. Now that I feel better in general, I suddenly am more a day person. Not a 6 am day person :/ , but at least not nocturnal now. LOL. As much.
