Well I know you are supposed to be honest, but don't agree with 3, 6 or 12. The others I'd just answer honestly. If you think you really do agree with 3, 6 or 12 give it "neither agree or disagree" instead of an outright denial of your personality but I would try to see the disagreeing side of yourself when you answer those ones.
