I might not know what to answer but I can surely find patterns.
They are very concerned with knowing what people will think, how annoyed you are going to get at everyone shouting orders at you at once, improving processes, being competitive...
It makes logical sense that you should be able to guess what others are gonna say if you are working with hard of speech patients....
You are DEFINITELY going to be told what to do by many... it can't bother you!
Improving processes?.... I'd say good, intuitively. But do they want you mucking around instead of following orders?
And competitive.... I'd say yes except they put it as betting. And that is a high risk behavior at a place with drug addiction issues.
I know I'm over thinking this but it's what I do LOLOL.
I should only EVER do these writing out all the questions and grouping them. That was awesome. These are usually stressful. I turned it into a pretty pattern game.
I solved the puzzle, but I'd love to hear everyone's input
It's very interesting.
Most of the psych profiles I've done were for things like fast food and they are very very odd. This one actually had a nice fitting pattern. I can see what qualities this job needs and the groupings of questions
well it sounds like you recognized the pattern, just be sure you answer those questions asked several times exactly the same.
those are WEIRD.
#51, I'd say one of the best.
One all that competitive stuff, I'd be honest. You either fit this profile or you don't. Are you competitive, Abifae? I think it could be taken as both a negative and a positive trait depending on the position, but usually i would think positive?
I can barely EVER remember any times where I "challenged a co-worker".....like a game?
Maybe someone else has some better imput here, those stump me a little too. Jamie?
First and foremost, these type of question sets look for establishing a consistent basic profile. Strong one way or another, or middle of the road, just so it's consistent across the answers.
Unless they are looking for something specific like "no competitive employees, we're a team here"
I would love to see this on an applicants response to the "are you competitive" question. Why, yes, I am. I live by Conan's view of individual success: To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of their women.
