Cute tattoo Abi! I have a butterfly on my calf. My grandma keeps telling me that when I'm old, it's going to look like I have a shriveled up, old butterfly on my leg.
It's my second time shooting since I was a kid. ie: at least 20 years lol.
Also, we went out for pho after. *full of delicious rice noodles* I might regret the uber carb load later but it was soooooooo good. Mmmmm!!
I still need to dye my dang wool for my Halloween costume but I keep not having money for an extra laundry load for ONE thing. But I have other stuff to prep for dye, so I think I just need to have a weekend to myself and get it done. I'm now behind on my sewing.
In fact, I think I'll stay offline tonight and finish a winter skirt. *laughs*
*blames the intertoobs for her slacking*
I sent him home with some of auntie's srirachi, and 2 saurkrauts (garlic and mustard).
Also... I found out my dad's family had a farm when we were growing up. Apparently I loved it there. Maybe I really did grow up around German speakers on a farm. I thought I made that up with my other delusions. Right up there with the german speakers on the navy base Very odd that something I remembered, someone else does too.
The best part is, I don't remember any of the people at all, unless one of them taught me economics and read with me. I remember someone did at some point...
Don't you just love when shadowy memories start to clear up.
I'm having the oposite reaction. I remember things my mother told me and now that her mind is slipping somewhat, she doesn't ever remember telling me - or just says it never happened. I don't know if she's the problem or if I am. lol
Poor Abi. You need a magical computer GEEK like my son that lives next door. Whenever he hears me shrieking and cussing he just comes running over and fixes what I broke.
