That's awesome.

And now for the most entertaining movie of the year: Hysteria ... rather naughty so if you are easily offended... why are you on MY blog anyway? LOL
     They had some crazy ideas about women back then, but that invention must have helped alot.

I got to meet Jamie!!! *beams*

We had coffee. Chatted about ss and pets and enjoyed the nice autumn weather :)

For some reason he thought it was rather brown. :gig Jamie, this is actually the greenest it has been in about five years ;)

So he is awesome! I think Amira woulda liked him. He didn't have time to meet the little princess.

*curtsies* The End.

She IS! *nods wisely*

She yelled at me til I got up to see what she needed this morning, and she stole my place.

I think I told her about tricking my dad that way once, and learned.

See, we were all at dinner. I was in high school. And there was a strict rule that if you got up, you had to see if anyone needed anything. So I shouted "omg dad! Stand up! Quick!" and when he stood, I said "while you are up, may I get some more water?" and he had to get me water (although many threats ensued about using THAT trick again). :gig

So there's Amira. "mrow! mrow! mrow! mrow!" so I get up to see if she is out of water. No. She wanted my chair.

GEEK son's cat Zinnia is like that. She meows when she needs anything and EXPECTS you to hop right to it. The other day she even met us as we were getting out of our car and took us next door to open the door for her. :gig

It is a good thing she is this way, because she told him yesterday that she had a bladder infection just as plain as you please. He was able to get her to the vet right away and get her some meds.

Yep. Any issue Amira has had, I've been able to take care of quickly. Equally important, she makes sure I get up if I have seizures or blood sugar crashes.

:woot

And I got to meet Abi!!!!!!! :frow

Yes, Abi, it got greener the further south I went. :p

We covered a lot in a just a short hour, the topics were bouncing around like ping-pong balls. It really was a perfect morning to sip coffee and just chat.

Now for my side of it:
- Abi's picture is in the dictionary next to "cool"
- I got to see a patented "Abi twirl", long flowing skirt and long hair dancing in the coffee shop! (aren't you all jealous!)
- You have a depth of knowledge and zest for life that we only see slivers of here on this forum.

Thank you for taking the time!
(I was able to use the hotel common access machine tonight).
