Hey Lovchooks, even I don't know what "POP" stands for!!

I was going to say "coke" like the carbonated drink, but after reading the post, I dont agree with that answer.

I'm guessing it has to do with percipitation?

LOL, probability of precipitation. If it's above 70%, I will not hang out the laundry. Between 50 and 70%, I keep a close eye on, and below 50%, I will even leave the house with the clothes on the line.
