Alternative to store-bought coffee creamer

I use it when I pour a glass. I use sugar to make it as the scoby eats up all the sugar so no worries there.

That's what I thought. I've been using fruit juice to flavor/sweeten it.
BTW the scoby you gave me is thriving and has sent off several new babies to friends!
