I have been looking for a good salsa recipe. So I am looking over this Zesty one. When they say "long green peppers" what kind are they referring to. And what about the "hot" peppers? Which kind are those?

We don't use any HOT peppers in our salsa. The Wife can't handle it to hot. As for the LONG green peppers? I would guess they are talking about the sweet banana peppers. That's what we use anyway.

hey Gina! i think they mean the Anaheim peppers.. i grew a bazillion of them so i had lots. we roasted a passel of them and they were delish!

say i think i needs me some salsa and chips! and i dont even need football! ha!
