I'm not showing that meatloaf to SO. He'd want me to make it tomorrow!!! I think we have all the ingredients in the house too! I used to line the tops of meatloaf with bacon, this one has mine beat!

Dace! It's Thursday! Have some fat! An egg cooked in butter, a hunk of cheese, a piece of chicken with the skin baked all crispy!!!!

I think I have to *waste* that lovely fat on my coffee.....I think I am gonna have to break on this one vice. BUT....I will only have one cup, not 2 1/2. I will add some beautiful heavy cream to it!
