I got half the shelving cleaned up and stuff sorted on them. Put pen to paper on some of the gardening planning, but really didn't decide on anything. Stupid hens are now laying everywhere in the coop but in the nesting boxes.... :he

One of my Aussie hens does that. It gets on my nerves. :barnie

I have hen acting hormonal. She growled and opened her beak then fluffed up at me earlier. Then she got off the nest. I have a feeling I will get lucky this week :fl

I had three Aussie roos 2 summers ago (Moe, Larry, and Curley). Friends of ours were "chicken outlaws" and had to ditch them before they started crowing. Moe when to my buddies for breeding (he was beautiful). Larry and Curley went to freezer camp.

I have one that has laid an egg twice this week right in the middle of the pen on the ice. :idunno
