My BRs are quite pretty! Right now my whole flock is pretty...even the little raggedy old Red Star hand me down chicken. Her plummage is the prettiest I've ever seen it. All my gals are shiny, clean, fat and sassy!

Some of my Doms are moulting right now, probably why egg production has been down.

That is one of the prettier BRs I have seen. All of mine were ugly.
All ten (lost 2) are about that good looking. I'm really happy with them.
Which hatchery did they come from?
Meyer - I originally ordered 12 hens, got 1 extra, which turned out be a roo. He was really a handsome boy, but was too loud too early in the morning and getting too rough with the ladies.

I lost one hen due to being egg-bound and one to the great coyote massacre. The one was the most likely to become broody - I had 6 Golden Buffet chicks/pullets and she mothered them like crazy. Her body was in among them when I found them.

Got it! Found some interesting things while Googling the Third Temple. Man, is there a lot of controversy over prophecy and such!

So glad I'm pretty well grounded in my belief system or I would be reading all that and wondering who was right.
