I have only had one rabbit in my life... made the mistake of getting an Angora. Funny story about him though - bought him on a whim... while in Denver, Co. So then had to make the trip back to FLorida with a rabbit in the van. I ended up giving him to a friend, just too much hair for me!
I think everyone gets "that bunny" on a whim

and then regrets it :gig I did

my bunnies (the pets) lived like 12 years outside in their rabbit tractor. I almost had a celebration when they passed......nothing like cleaning a rabbit tractor for 12 years on pets :ep

nice tree pic--looks like mine lol

Beautiful Christmas tree.

Do you live in a log house? It looks wonderful from the inside.

g
Yep a log cabin. Thanks, Its pretty on the outside too. I might have to post some pics....

Thanks Guys!!!!

The tree is artificial. But the logs sure do leave the house smelling good when we get home.

Hi BBuff!
I was going to tell you, I remember saying that your Muscovy's (as ducklings) would be brown, and then was surprised when they were black, as mine were the same color - Wellllll, four out of five turned out to be black; the fourth was brown.

I ended up with three drakes and two hens, I think. Unfortunately I had them in the brooder shed with the chicks hatched from this year and the oldest male chicks all ganged up on the them and my two females were picked apart. Taking into account that the ducks are TWICE as big, I didn't expect that to happen. So I just got in from separating the Muscovies out. Hmmph. One of the remaining males is a beautiful black and white barred though!

you like this weather? :sick I hate the cold! It came on fast this year too! I just told hubby today I wish it was like a few years back when we had 60 degree days in Jan! HAHAHA Now that was my kinda winter!

I've been waiting all week to put lamps on the bottom of the rabbits nestboxes to help keep the babies warm... it's supposed to be a high of 20 the day they are due :rant And I've been waiting till tomorrow to do it because it was supposed to be in the 40's at least... but I find out today it's going to be a high of mid 30... :hit

Anyhow woo hoo congrats on your team winning the game! Hope you day goes well!
