Some would call it FUNNY!

For the last 5 minutes I have been calling sister and making my number blocked. She kept saying it was thi girl from school. I was laughing really hard and I was saying it aint her. She kept on "YES IT IS". I kept calling and finally my laughter overcome me and I laughed really hard. But what I was doing was I had my phone on the computer and she couldnt see it because of my laptop lid. I also had my ear plugs in listening to music so I wouldnt be suspected...........

Since you are gone this weekend, I thought it might be fun to have the group post here, so your have something to read when you get back.

I thought I'd take the Beverly Hillbillies theme song and put a Barred Buff spin on it.
so as is, within any fanfare:

Come and listen to my story about a kid named 'Buff
a simple mountain kid with goals that are really tough.
Then one day he showed up on this site,
and now after months, his life is gettin' right

Self-suffient that is, Bible Study, big gardens, meat bunnies....

Well the first thing you know ol Buff's a millionaire,
Kinfolk said "Buff move away from here"
They said "Californy is the place you ought to be"
And Buff just said "You'all must be crazy.

But Buff stayed in Kentucky, and he bought hisself some land,
Built a big log cabin, worked his fields with his own hand,
He found a pretty mountain girl and made that girl his wife
And with their hands in God's had a very happy life.

Mountain life, that is.
Pretty sunsets, hard honest work,
"Ma, is that apple pie ready yet?"

Well now its time to say good by to Buff and his pretty wife.
Granny's come to visit and they have a busy life.

To have a heapin helpin of their home grown fried bunny.

With biscuits and gravy that is. Finger Lickin' good.

I survived - at one point I was sitting here at the computer and the dog was hiding under my feet. The girls had a great time and I retain my title of "the cool dad". It was a dicey thing as the energy level was first building, but I went with the flow, and it's all good.
