I've got a chicken with eggs due to pip any minute now!

I have also been digging out some raised beds that the former owner used for some kind of flowering bulb. I'm making room for my new rhubarb. No more ornamentals, all veggies and fruit!

I'm telling ya these "bulbs" (or wait, are they tubers?) are huge, giant finger shaped things that go down over a foot deep. I'm going to have a sore back tomorrow!
