I'll be right over - have that cook book waiting!BeccaOH said:So, at work there is a guy who gets samples of paper products from his suppliers. Yesterday he brought me a cookbook. He said, "I know you like cookbooks and when I saw this one I thought of you. It is weird, though, how they have a picture of chickens in a field across from a recipe for chicken or a picture of cows grazing across from a recipe of a cheesy dish."Of course I grabbed it up with thanks.
And this is definitely a great cookbook that celebrates real food.Along with beautiful farm pictures, there are also pictures and history about towns and sites in Vermont. Across from a corn dish recipe is a picture of actual corn growing in a field; grazing sheep across from lamb chop recipe; pig across from pork recipe.

), then I get this anxious/panicked feeling about things that aren't getting done. Grabs me in my throat and possibly contributes to the headaches.
Something needs to give. I don't have a doctor who I would say I "trust." I want to go back to the wellness center I used to do a detox and first get educated on whole food healing. BUT that is an hour away and takes out of pocket money I don't have right now.
