You scared me, Bee, I thought you were going to say something about the calf - I'm sorry about your 'maters, but they can be replaced, that baby calf and the mom can't be :love

Massive amounts of fertilizer for the lawn/orchard! WOW!!! I guess I hadn't realized just how much she would be pooping! I can't imagine how much good this will be doing to the yard....and the pee!!! I wish I could catch it and put it on my garden..... :p

This whole cow thing is extra work, hauling the water to the top of the orchard and such, but she is fun to watch. We will be doing something different with the watering situation when we get a garden wagon from the folks next weekend. It ought to be interesting to see if this works or not. If not, I'll have to buy some extra garden hoses, for sure!

Hey......now THAT'S a thought! :)

They have those poop catcher thingies for horses. Maybe you could make one for Blossom.

I just got a small wagon for my garden and it is SO much better than my kids red plastic wagon. Maybe you could teach Blossom to pull it and then she could pull her own water.

ETA: I'm not sure why I initially typed Bessie. I know her name is Blossom.

:yuckyuck She would need a 5 gal bucket to catch these poops!! Large, very messy and did I mention large? I just might have to teach her to pull in harness, huh? Now that's a thought, right there.....totally SS. All I need is a nice, sturdy, lightweight and soft harness and just let her wear it. Hmmmmmmmmmm........ :pop

I can just see one irate cow flying down through the yard, udder swinging and a wagon jouncing wildly behind her...water everywhere!!!! :gig
