Also Indiana Jones
We already have those, as well as a Golden Retriever named Indiana Bones, a room stuffed with Indiana Jones Legos, costume, etc. You've got him pegged!
Yeah, when I was re-reading your original post, it was the mention of Legos that made me think of it! Don't know if y'all have gaming systems, but my son loves the Lego Star Wars and Lego Indiana Jones games. Fortunately, we had friends who got Lego Batman, and none of the boys liked it, so I knew not to waste my $. Now he wants Lego Harry Potter

Do you remember when legos were awesome? Not just branding for movies?

I am blessed with a DH who agrees with you Abi! He never threw his away. He kept them in a pillow case in our attic and when DS was old enough he ran them through the dishwasher and gave them to him. Now DS loves his sets, but also knows how to enjoy the process of building his own designs from a pile of random bricks. One of their favorite "guy stuff" things to do is find Legos in the swap shop at the dump on Saturday mornings!
He has a DS and we have a Wii and he's got Indiana Jones for both, plus a HP DS game (years 1-4). He'll probably get a HP Wii game from my uncle for Christmas. He loves adventure!

All the old Disney movies, both animated and acted, old TV shows like Flipper, Leave it to Beaver, etc. I don't watch much TV now, too much sex, bad language and violence.
I agree, any of the Disney movies from the 50s and 60s.
We've borrowed some from the library and he's been bored by them.
Even 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea?

Is he a kid that needs lots of action?

We haven't tried that one yet. He does typically need action. Favorites are Indiana Jones, Harry Potter and Star Wars.

GOONIES....one of my all time favorite movies.

The Dark Crystal, Neverending Story, Willy Wonka, the planet earth series (my kids are nature junkies), Ice Age (all 3 movies, especially Dawn of the Dinosaurs).

Adding one on my own: A Christmas Story. We have it on VHS but should probably replace it.

Also considering "Up." We saw it at church and enjoyed it a lot.
