yes it does, and in an emergency powdered milk works great to make it!!

I know it's not the most healthy choice but I'll do anything to keep my kids happy!

Coconut cream (unsweetened) in cans is better than powdered milk, but not everybody likes it.

Although it has seen recent increases, cocoa is one of only two commodities that has a lower wholesale price than it did a year ago (natural gas being the other, hmm...). Cocoa is down around 5% over the last year, so now may be the time to stock up. With the recent developments, it would seem that the wholesale price would be increasing soon, and then the retail price.

Here's an easy link to see how commodity prices have increased.

Well, you very likely will die even with it; don't know the percentage, but I believe quite a number of deaths (expecially in the US; Switzerland and Belgium are probably high too) occur among those who have eaten chocolate.
Of course the same can be said about carrots ...

Chocolate is a necessity. A staple of life. This shortage is coming when the manager AND assistant manager will be gone. Boss already looses her brain with manager gone.

Science diet apparently knows my store is a bunch of chocolate lovers, they sent us a chocolate ice cream cake w/ peanut butter. Deliciousness.

What a sinister plan - driving up the price of chocolate just before Valentine's Day!

Hey, you have a point! I didn't even think about it being almost Valentine's Day.

I always tell my DH NOT to buy me any chocolate or flowers for Valentines Day until the day after. Then, the prices drop. :D
