Ever try making the fruit pies in canning jars. Just freeze and then cook when one person wants pie. Around here, a whole pie would be wasted.

Anyone interested in sharing some fruit canning recipes??? I'm a newbie to canning. Here's what I would like to know how to make:
Plum Jam/Jelly

Peach Jam/Jelly with the peels of the peaches cuz I wanna can the peach fruit as peach slices.

Applesauce, Applebutter, etc. anything else with apples.

I saw someone made Kiwi fruit jam - that looked cool!

Pretty much, any fruits you can think of to can/preserve as jams/jellies/pie fillings/ or as side dishes, etc. Please???? And as I try the recipes, I'd be willing to share how it goes!
Thanks!
I made this Peach Pit & Peel Jelly last year - it turned out really good:

Festive Kiwi Daiquiri Jam
from the Complete Book of Small Batch Preserving by Ellie Topp and Margaret Howard

1.5 cups finely chopped kiwi fruit (about 5)
1/3 cup lime juice (about 2 limes)
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp dried cranberries or cherries, coarsely chopped
3 cups granulated sugar
1 pouch liquid fruit pectin
1/4 cup dark rum

Place kiwi, lime juice, water, cranberries and sugar in a large stainless steel or enamel saucepan. Bring to a full boil over high heat and boil hard for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in pectin and rum. Ladle into hot jars and process for 10 minutes.
