I'm terribly sorry if my post offended you.
You didn't offend me at all, though I was a bit confused. No worries!

How did you say you clean them?
Sweep, then mop with water. Same as tile.

I wonder if I could get the same results using a thinner brick, or if that would be more expensive... Also, does the sealer harden your sand? Does it do the same thing as grout?
Yeah, I think you could use thinner brick, and I'd imagine it would still be pretty cheap. These bricks are 6" wide, 12" long, so 1/2 square foot. I believe we paid about $.15 per brick delivered, but I'm not sure about that figure.

Yes, the sealant hardens the sand up like rock. We pour sealant in all the cracks first, let that set up, then do the top of the bricks, and that prevents the sand from being picked up by your roller or brush during the sealing.

I really love these floors.

I have to show them to DH. We want to redo our floors....

I'm going to do some more research on them and then if necessary, BEG.

you might look for used old bricks in your area. I see a lot o them around certain cities, and they would probably be super cheap or even free.

The house is great and the views are beautiful. I really love the look of the floors. I appreciate you sharing these. We are just getting ready to break ground on our house and I spend hours and hours looking at pictures for ideas. You have done fabulously!!!
