Dogs! Thank goodness mine are short! I have to deal with cats, though, that jump up when you turn your back. I solved the butter-licking by giving them their own dish of butter. I no longer have fat cats, btw. :p

Well, next year you can dazzle 'em all with chevre. I was asked again this week for some goat cheese. So it is just as well. People tend not to ask you to provide them with pancakes, but for some reason, goat cheese and eggs are free in their minds and I am swimming in both. Not.

I was accused of hoarding eggs at church yesterday! I have an older gentleman who has been buying a dozen a week. I've tried to explain that the hens aren't laying. I'm getting 2-4 eggs a day and I use them for us. I can't get through to him. He thinks I'm selling to someone else or something. I'm getting really irritated with him! The cheese requests have stopped at least.
