Do you like mocha? You could add LMNT Chocolate Salt to your coffee. It's so good!
1 Not really, just straight black coffee unless I add honey, not for the sweetener for the health benefits.
2 Never heard of it. I do try to add beer salt to my beer in the summer. Beer may (does) have something to do with the dehydration.

If out too long, I just throw salt & sugar in my mouth
I'm surprised at a few safety men who say don't do the salt watch out for the salt you just think you need it blah blah blay. Hay stupid YOU may sit in an office with AC most of the day then come out for a walk in the heat while we are out here all day sweating our tails off. Oh you don't drink, that's fine but your preaching to a bunch of dirty road hands. (On the road, not working on A road.) If we had sense we'd have a job at the house not 8, 10 18 hrs away.
I've had some wonderful 128 degree working weather with a dew point and humidity of Florida that salt tablets saved lives.

Need salt if you sweat a lot. Hubby doesn't anymore with his work so he's fine on the diet. Ive had to add in some more for me because I do work outside and do sweat a lot. Started getting salt cravings. Those suck because it makes you want to eat more.
I remember being able to watch the salt line grow either down my t-shirt or up my durag. I've noticed with the same amount of sweat I can barely get a ring or little line anymore.
So the back and chest pain drove me to the ER this afternoon, heart is fine, but surprisingly a potential gall bladder issue they found is supposedly causing (referring) the pain
Glad it's not the heart. Hoping it's nothing worse than the gall bladder and you get better soon.

Another glorious day of awesome weather! 🥰

First, buy more diesel -- I'm getting soooo much tractor therapy! -- then rip out some old fence, put in new. That's an all day . Wish me luck. Ripping out is hardest part :duc
