I just happen to have both in the refrigerator. The KG I have has no sodium and a slightly higher fat content as compared to the store brand.

Dairygold: Cream, natural flavors. Fat 11g per Tbsp

Kerrygold: Cream, skimmed milk, cultures. Fat 12g per Tbsp

If we get to Metropolitan Market, they sell other European butter which might be interesting to try. I'll also look at some of the other butters in the store. FDA puts a minimum on butterfat to be concidered butter of 80%. European style ones are 82-85%.

I got told I was a moron by Mom, and need to raise my rack in the oven. It's too low for baking these. Can tell I don't make a lot of cookies. She makes tons. That will fix the bottom

it was a nice day today but yesterday it rained enough and we had strong enough winds to cause leaks in the roof again. when it is dripping on you when you are trying to take a nap that can be pretty annoying... it's happened before so it's not like we're new to this problem but it is also annoying by how long it is taking us to get this properly resolved.

Roof leaks stress me out... I start having visions of rot, mold, and money swirling away at record speed. full on terrifying.

What are the federal grades for butter?

Butter can be designated as one of three different grades; U.S. Grade AA, U.S. Grade A and U.S. Grade B. Butter must contain a minimum of 80% milk fat. To be graded, butter is scored on four characteristics; flavor, body, color and salt. The grade can be found on the packaging.

I went in for an ultrasound of my female parts. Last time I had one was when I was pregnant with our son, who is coming up on 34.

Anywhoo, evidently my ovaries have disappeared! Could not find them. Ultra sound tech is just that. Not a doctor. Very weird to think that my baby making days are REALLY over, at the age of almost 70 in two months!!
