Coffee's Ready, Come and Sit on the Porch

Making a pot of chicken soup today for supper. Finishing up the laundry and house work. I want to catch up on some reading.
My son and DIL started selling amway— so many people we know have been down this road,, so we will encourage them. That’s all I have to say about that,,,
Baseball practice has started up. The 4 grandsons are all playing again this year. Granddaughter does dance. GS down in Medford is on a swim team.

Tomorrow my son and a few other guys are coming to take the three cedars the stand in the middle of the back porch down. Chris the main guy uses a pulley system, he climbs up the tall trees cuts the tops and zip-lines them down.
I will take picks
More coffee and add wood to fire

@CrealCritter just what was in that “health” drink that made you so grumpy? At least you know it was the drink that made you so grumpy. Think about all the people who may have the same problem but don’t know why. Our foods have degenerated into a chemical mis-mash of sickness.

On second cup of coffee, then out to do chores and then cut up and vacuum seal all that chicken!

I cant speak for anyone else, nor will I go into particular products. But I worked hard to initially understand how my body reacts to what I swallow. It's pretty amazing to me how some common ingredients negatively impact my body. The list is constantly evolving.

If they insist on red, I'll take the bugs. Cochineal isn't an issue for me, I eat water bugs.

That said, I've noticed that beet juiced is used in much of the things I buy now.

I want to try dying fabric with cochineal/carmine. It's a pretty color. Hmm maybe should do easter eggs with it. Different from the tumeric then baking soda red
