tendinitis in my right arm from the overwork end of last year.
Not much they can give beyond pain & inflammation. Mine responded to OTC and some salve I made with plantain & comfrey. Sadly, it's subject to re-injury  :oldfrom our own same overuse, continual use. 😞 esp repetitive moves.

Yeah, we don't listen 🥴 but, I hope you find a way to do better. Almost impossible to not use the arm. And it hurts when you do. I know, unfortunately. I did slow use a few days, then careful a few more....but, job & chores still need to happen. It's much, much better, not 100%. 3 wks out & prob needs another week or two.

Massage helps👍🙂 & hot water in shower.

When I had knee replacement surgery I hired a friend to come take care of my animals for a month, just so I wouldn’t do something stupid. By the third week I was able to do some of the feeding, by fourth week I could take care of them in the mornings and feed dogs in the evenings. At end of the month, I was able to do it all by myself.

Too many opportunities to get hurt and screw up that surgery. I sure didn’t want to do that!

...foolish things...
today i bought four stainless steel washers. they didn't cost much, but they are probably too small for what i needed them for, but dang it i'm gonna try anyways...

they did work, but i had to grind the centers out a bit to make them big enough. mission accomplished. cost fiddy one cents. also since i had the Dremel tool and grinding attachment out i could get the chips smoothed off the three glass bowls and small glass plate that have been sitting on my desk for a while. clearing up valuable horizontal organizing space for the next rounds... :) :) :)
