Whelp, mix up on the registration for the community yard/garage sale weekend. It's happening this weekend, we both thought the registration deadline was today. No worries, has been pouring rain all morning and rain on and off all weekend.
we had intended to put stuff in the driveway to keep the garage snoopers out of the garage (people casing your place). Last year, I had to physically step in front of two dudes politely, but firmly reiterating my wife's statement that nothing inside the garage was for sale. Thankfully the generator and some other stuff was covered with a sheet

Going to take a canning break this weekend. I need to get to basement and make some space for filled jar storage. Plus, the wife's back is having issues after she overdid it.
