I do believe we are all fixing to have a couple of cold days. Even cold for ye yankee's. I say but I say this twice a year. When it's cold and then when it's to wet. But anyway I say it's a good time to watch Lonesome Dove. Just one of the best all time ever.
Forecast for southern IL. I'd say brisk but they say cold. Cold is where yankees live, I know I used to be a yankee. Now I'm in southern IL and not quite sure what I am... ozarkian hillbilly corn cob? It's ok ain't no body else knows what they are either 😂

yep, almost over the hump as far as i'm concerned. once the days start getting longer again it is for me the psychological boost for getting the rest of the way through winter.
well, on that note I di notice it was not dark at 4:30 last evening, it was 5:10pm when it got completely dark Woohoo!!

it is possible to acclimate, i already feel better this time of the year, but i think what also helps is that the humidity starts going down so you don't feel it as much. there's certainly more static now and my sinuses hate me - time to drink more water and hide more under the covers at night. 63F is the new 98F... ok, ok, i just made that up... good night John Boy! :)
Yes, I was so thirsty yesterday it was like our water was dry,,, if there is such a thing,,, I drank a Liquid IV and felt better,, I think I was a bit dehydrated

WHat! in the living World lives in that! :ep 😱

it was a very strong spider web left over from summer. the frost on the web just highlighted the structure so well that it was a great picture. life is always interesting to me, bugs, animals, plants, people... :)
