It snowed off and on yesterday morning. Rain for the next 7-10 days.

it rained most of the night here. i can't keep the windows open in the spring. too much pollen in the air. inside is my refuge and it helps to keep it closed up until after the dandelions are done with their first round of blooms (it's also when the early grass blooms and the most troublesome tree pollens are flying and finish up).

i had my caffiene fix this morning by putting the hot chocolate mix in with the grits (at the end after they'd cooked). it was enough to give it some flavor and i can feel the boost it gave me but i'm worried that i'll be withdrawal headaches when i stop this morning habit (next week)...

Green tea done! I had a busy morning tracking down vaccines and compiling registration papers for a 4-H dog project class tonight. DS16 (happy birthday yesterday!) had a welding class. I took my dog to the dog park and 2 pet-friendly stores to tire him out. He was good so I spent too much money on rawhide and treats.

Strong one rolling Kansas, Iowa and Minnesota now and big snow up in Canada and the Dakota's. Hit 84 here today, started working on my farmers tan

Was 80 here yesterday...on tractor several hours. A repeat for today but MAY hit 85 !! The goats were laying in the shade.....
