You guys are all awesome.

Sorry about the skunk sweet aromatherapy, lol

I just went back to a few months of having so many issues with the hub. I think he is at the Walmart parking lot but have not asked nor going to. He has come and has done more work than when living in. I am not turning back at least for now. I am re-learning to love myself some.

Diet wise, that's a hundred dollar bill. Since I do not eat much of the healthy stuff, I have to do more exercises. But getting there. Still at 232 and swollen ankles but moving more than usual since it's not that cold.

Someone said 64 was too cold but it's the only way I can get some sleep. During day, I keep it at 68 for now.

Should be in the 50's today. Planted some lettuces seeds last week and hoping they are OK with 30-40. Will see. However, did noticed that my garlic is gone. It had leaves out but saw none last night. Have to go and check. Busy this morning with getting dish equipment ready to send back to them. Doing a lot better just streaming YouTube TV. Now my William is about 120 from 180 with cable.
Drove by FFH but didn't see any other apple trees. I really wanted some Mapplethorpe trees for syrup but read it takes 40yrs, so I will not be here for that.

Love how one of you said were 40 old. Wish I was 40 at least, lol I just turned 16 backwards and that is old for sure.

I have a lot of seeds coming up that I have no clue what they are and some fruit tree too but, they will go on the ground once it gets warmer.

Got a broody tiny hen sitting on big hen's eggs, lol

Love you guys, just getting busy with things I have no clue about, lol. Later!
One step at a time, one foot in front of the other. You got this

Power came back on at 3AM. I’ll go outside in a bit to check for damage. I’ll take a look at the roof too.
Dandelion woke me up at 6:30, she’s had a bottle and a diaper. Then wanted in my lap to cuddle and take a nap. I need more coffee.

I also am having trouble losing weight but am trying to stay very active to keep my metabolism up so hopefully I'll eventually get down to at least 190. I know I know that's still heavy for my height (5 feet) but like some one side small steps, one foot in front of the other.

I'm actually like 45 with a birthday coming up in a couple weeks.

when it is something you've put on over years it can take years to take it off and that is ok, because it means you've had years of changed habits instead of just trying to do it all at once and then it doesn't stick...

i've yo-yo'd way too many times and i'm hoping this is it because i really feel horrible when i get too heavy.

as for exercise i'm trying to talk myself into getting out and mowing anyways just because i don't want to do it today isn't a good enough excuse... :) so gotta get it done today while the weather is cooperating... *points finger at myself* yeah, you, you, get it done...

it did get done. not too bad. it really helps when it is dry enough too.

it was nice to have it done when Mom got back. she was talking about mowing in the rain tomorrow and i don't really want the mower out in the rain either (besides her doing it). so there ya go. :)

i actually felt pretty good when i got done. sure i was tired but not sick or sore and now i feel pretty much normal... (whatever that might be :) :) :) )

Having an attainable goal is much better than setting an unrealistic expectation and goal.

It’s been a day. The storm blew the lift up top on the chicken tractor off. Hail and rain beat those poor chickens literally to death. 12 dead chickens, the rest wet, sad looking and worse for wear. Water, poop soup, a couple inches deep, it was a nasty mess. Poor chickens. I took out the dead chickens and moved chicken tractor. I put pine shavings in it, fed and watered them.

Sheep. Eve’s wether lamb, 2 1/2 weeks old was dead in their shelter. I’m thinking maybe he was hit by hail, ram in there and died. Or maybe the lightning strikes scared him to death. Whatever, he was dead.

Other animals were ok.

My sister called. Apple Springs, 9 miles away, made the Houston news last night. Baseball sized hail!

I looked at the car and truck. Car is fine. Truck hood has paint knocked off in circles, no dents. Will call insurance in the morning.

I got extension ladder and climbed up on the roof. It’s covered in strike marks. Will call insurance company in the morning.

I processed the chickens, skinned, gutted and clean. Put them in ziplock bags, in the freezer. Dog meat. Why waste it? I raised those chickens and fed them well. Dogs can eat them. Not exactly what I planned, but better than dumping them in a hole.

Carried off chicken guts to dumpster. Coming down driveway, Sentry had something at the fence. Another mean snapping turtle! I wonder if it’s the same one? I hauled it 10 miles away. Hope it gets crushed by an 18 wheeler.

Chores. Came in for a much needed shower. Oops. I forgot Dandelion. I put her in the dog crate while I showered. She took 4 ounces and is now cuddled in my lap asleep.

I feel like I’ve been beat with a stick. :(
