Those temperatures are galloping towards me. 107 for the next week. All I’ll do is try to keep fresh water out for animals. Pastures are burnt, no relief from the heat.

I've been blowing cold air in at night to use less energy on the AC in the daytime.

The elderly German shepherd has been living in the bedroom as it's the coldest place in the house. It's currently 61° in there. Small room. Big window AC. Insulated curtains on the windows. I do have a fan that blows air out to rest of house.

A very wise man once told me. It's simply foolish to corner anything that is bigger than you are.

Looking at brisket yesterday, his words of wisdom came back to me. Brisket is at the point where he is big enough to go where he wants too, when he wants too.

Checking utters yesterday, yep all three (daisy, bessey & oreo) utters are most definitely growing. Bessey was the only one I could get a good picture of though.

IDK... Put a bull in with them and they become momma moos all by themselves, imagine that 🤷‍♂️. It's been that way since the beginning, I suspect it will continue to be that way until the end.
