I think good, hahaha the terminology is something to ponder though,
When they tell you the heart monitor you wore for 14 day said you had a small tack event
but then they say after the ekg& echo & stress test the "you are in good condition for a woman your age"
I have to take a step back and think about that
NO I dont want to be as good as a woman my age because thats all relative (if that is the right word) I have seen a lot of women my age and I dont want to be as good as,,

I am one that strives for
=do it right or dont do it at all
=be your own best health insurance, eat right, move with purpose , and keep moving
You know the drill, ya I am , if I do say so myself, a very capable woman,

Our first rooster we ever got to keep looked like that. He’s the reason dad let us. Now 20 or 30 later I’m still grateful for him.

The house is smelling so good right now. I just checked it about 15 minutes ago. 140 degrees, needs to be 165 degrees +. I might kick the oven up to 400, the smell of baking turkey is making me hungry.

Kind of odd having Thanksgiving dinner, Dec 06th. Oh well... feed us dry Thanksgiving turkey and we will just turn around and have our own Thanksgiving.

We will extend this out in the run quite a bit for weather protection--and on the backside that wont be in the run a weather protected covered part like a garden tool area, feed storage etc...........

This looks really good. hopefully it is an easy build for you. I am dreaming up the next coop for spring as well, looking to house 15 chickens. Good luck!
