I bought some beneficial nematodes for my garden last year, and this year as I was turning the soil I didn't find any grubs at all. Lots of earthworms though, so I know the nematodes don't bother them.
That's the truth! I've spent a lot of today grinding several briskets I bought while they were on sale prior to the 4th. I got a whole bunch of ground beef out of those briskets at $1.99 a lb as opposed to the $6.00+ they want for ground beef now.The meat counters will make a vegetarian of you!
Time to stop shopping thereI'm pissed off today. I was at Walmart. Today is first day of required masks. I was in grocery aisles and 2 employees stopped a woman in a wheelchair on oxygen to tell her to leave because she wasnt wearing a mask. She correctly cited ADA, and the employee response was both incorrect and rude. It literally stopped traffic, everyone in the aisle knew it was wrong. So we split up the rest of her shopping list and ran and got those things for her. Thankful for kind strangers and not happy with walmart. Their employees did not have sufficient training for the situation.
Walmart corporate policy recognizes not everyone can wear a mask and that their employees are trained for exemptions. Was definitely a store level training problemIt absolutely does not matter what ADA states. I have a letter of exemption, and it affords absolutely NO protection from being forced to wear a mask. If I intend to take care of my step mom and dad by accompanying them to ANY medical appointment, I am forced into a mask or shield. And, THEIR medical needs are even more pressing than mine. She is short of breath with ANY exertion, and his sats were 88 at his first VA appointment here in Maine. He was forced to wear a mask for 3 hours, in spite of low sats and being dizzy. I complained to the VA complaint dept. Got absolutely no where.
