I tried to buy bulk canning lids last night on Lehman's and they were on back order...

My daughter is hopping mad! I feel sorry for whoever is on the other end of the phone. She learned how to be sassy from my wife well.

I still have a drawer full of lids. I should think about getting more though.

Unfortunately my favorite store for buying canning supplies is closing that one. They will only have the one location again and it's over an hour away. I have extra rings for all my bail jars Mom gave me.

I have lots of vacuum sealer rolls. Got them on sale last year.

:fl Local paper reported that our one case of Covid-19 is recovering! No new ones reported, but they did say the county is having trouble getting test kits; the down side of living in the back end of nowhere.
They just opened up a parking lot "tent" testing site in the nearest city here.

I also noticed at Costco (a week ago) they don't buy basic staples and "ingredients"....
