what gets me is COKE---a stupid soda----thinks it can "set its own prices" and we have to just accept "their high price" on a soda.

I would love a protest nationwide (heck worldwide)
everyone in the world stop drinking Coke.

Oh, that would be fun! Heck, it'd be fun to see just my hometown stop buying them. But then the price would drop dramatically and people would start buying them again because they are such a "bargain"...

yea that is true.....soda prices are starting to go ALOT. even though they "sale" them alot, the price of a 2 litre is darn near $2 here.

good thing I never buy alot of it...just rare. looks like time to just stop it all together. wouldn't kill me I know that..LOL

good thing is Nicole rarely wants soda. she hates the carbonation so that is good for me, and it is too icky sweet for her. So I win there.

You are lucky your daughter isn't into the soda pop. Once you start drinking that stuff, I think it is hard to quit. You feel like you need some bubbly sweet drink for the world to be right. LOL I used to drink that stuff regularly in high school, but I weaned myself off of it (I started drinking Snapple and some pricey passionfruit soda . . . then I just drank the "iced tea" stuff and then I swithed over to real brewed iced tea . . . end of bubbly sweet drink cravings).
