Kitty had her kittens last night. One died but that is just the way things happen. There appear to be at least three. We haven't pestered her much. We want all them to get settled in. She is purring away and the kittens appear to be sucking. They are huge, about 6 inches long including the tail.
At first I thought maybe something made you really mad!!

So do you have three living, or three were born and two living?

Our kitteh is pregnant too. We just found out a couple of weeks ago. She's pretty far along so we are keeping her in the house. We didn't notice for so long, cause she's a long haired kitty

Congratulations on the new kitties!

How did the egg taste? Are you going to keep all the kitties? Abigail liked them.

We found another dead one.

Tally so far--three live kittens.

Kitty still looks big. We hope she has had them all. If so that would be five kittens for her first (and we hope only) pregnancy.

We don't know what we are going to do with the kittens. Would Abigail like one or three?

We didn't eat the egg, tossed it out.

If I remember correctly, I think that a momma cat usually will have all of her kittens within 24 hours. If not, and she still is acting like she is laboring then she might need a trip to the vet so that she doesn't die.

Good luck on the kitties. You could always keep some around for barn cats dacs.

She isn't acting like she is in labor. She's purring and rolling on her back like she always does. The kittens are eating. Everyone seems happy.

Two pregnancies in the same house? Yikes. I feel for your husband.

Awww, dacs, they are adorable! If I was closer I'd ask to have one....long as it could live outside that is!
