Don't know how much I'll be on during the day, but I'll check in as much as possible. We now have the outer bands of rain. So far, it hasn't gotten windy. It was a rush to get it all done, but I got everything I needed to do outside down. I wanted to put more water by, but hubby doesn't think it's going to get that bad. We have 20 gallons in 5 gallon containers by the front door. I have a few kitty litter containers filled, and was going to fill the rest, but he didn't want me to, so I stopped. It will serve him right if the power goes out for days, and we don't have enough water. I also have my solar shower filled and outside. That way, I'll have hot water for a shower if needed.
I'm getting ready to put a pot roast in the oven, and do some dishes and laundry. I'm starting w/the clothes that are most important to have-jeans and shirts. If I have enough time, I have 4 or 5 loads I can do. I'm not sure how much I'm going to get done since the barometric pressure has dropped, so I'm dizzy. So, we'll see.
But, my animals are all fed. Cats are in the tack shed. I have extra water for all of them. I plan on running out to the farm later on to check on everyone. I feel kind of bad for the chickens since I don't have what I wanted yet for them, so they're on their own. Next weekend though, w/or w/out my hubby's help, it's getting done.
